Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase via order number, invoice number or customer number.
To start a return, contact us at orders@aztecproducts.com and request an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you an RGA number via email, as well as further instructions. Items sent back to Aztec without first receiving an RGA # will not be accepted or credited back to you or your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the shipping box is damaged, do not discard; take pictures of all 6 sides of the box including a picture of the shipping label with tracking information clearly visible, the inside with packaging materials, and a picture of the UPC stamp on the bottom of the box. These pictures will be required for submitting a claim with the shipping company. Send pictures to orders@aztecproducts.com with the tracking number for reference.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as propane tanks, engine mufflers, etc. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
